ARI is strategically focusing on expanding its services and partnerships within the UK market, building strong collaborations with the NHS and private healthcare providers to deliver innovative and scalable reporting solutions.

About the Role

Apollo Radiology International (ARI) provides high-quality, safe, and efficient teleradiology services to healthcare providers. As our UK business continues to grow, we are looking for an organized and experienced Quality & Governance Administrator to join our Quality & Governance team. This is an important role within the team, providing administrative support across quality, governance, compliance, and radiologist onboarding. You will work closely with the Quality & Governance Manager and collaborate with clinical, operational, recruitment, and service delivery teams across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy healthcare environment and would like to develop their career within quality, governance, and compliance as ARI continues to grow.

As a Quality & Governance Administrator, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Quality & Governance Manager and wider team. You will help maintain accurate governance and compliance records, support audits and quality reviews, coordinate meetings and documentation, and assist with monitoring radiologist compliance requirements. The role requires someone who can work independently, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of their work while maintaining a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism. As ARI grows, there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, develop new skills, and contribute to the development of our quality and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Governance Support

  • Provide efficient administrative support to the Quality & Governance Manager and wider governance team.
  • Prepare, format, and maintain policies, procedures, reports, meeting papers, and other governance documents.
  • Organize governance meetings, circulate agendas, take accurate minutes, and maintain action logs.
  • Follow up on outstanding actions and ensure they are completed within agreed timescales.
  • Maintain central logs, spreadsheets, trackers, and electronic filing systems.
  • Ensure governance information is accurate, complete, up to date, and securely stored.
  • Support the preparation of reports and information for internal governance meetings and reviews.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
