Quality & Governance Auditor
£30,000 per year | Full Time | Office Based

At HFH Healthcare, we provide specialist, nurse-led care to adults and children with complex healthcare needs, helping people live safely and comfortably in their own homes.
We’re looking for a Quality & Governance Auditor to join our team in Wimbledon. If you’re organised, analytical, have a great eye for detail and enjoy turning information into meaningful improvements, this could be the role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Working closely with our Quality & Governance Manager, you’ll play an important part in maintaining high standards across our services. You’ll:
- Carry out clinical, workforce and compliance audits across the business.
- Review care plans, risk assessments, medication records and other key documentation.
- Audit staff compliance and HR files against Safer Recruitment requirements.
- Support the management of complaints, incidents, concerns and safeguarding cases.
- Help ensure CQC notifications and external referrals are accurate and submitted on time.
- Track investigations and action plans from start to resolution.
- Analyse audit findings, spot trends and highlight opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare clear reports and insights for management, Governance Forums and Board meetings.
- Support surveys and help turn feedback into positive change.

What We’re Looking For
You’ll be someone who loves getting the details right while still seeing the bigger picture. You’ll be confident handling sensitive information, communicating with different stakeholders and managing multiple priorities.
Experience within healthcare, quality, governance, compliance or auditing would be a great advantage, along with an understanding of CQC standards and regulations.

Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: Full time, 5 days per week
