Behind every Aston Martin is an ownership experience that’s just as powerful as the drive itself.
From the moment a vehicle leaves the line, our Aftersales team plays a critical role in maintaining the performance, craftsmanship and emotional connection that define our brand. Within this world, our Parts Distribution Centre keeps everything moving, ensuring our global network receives the right parts, at the right time, with absolute precision.
We’re now looking for a Quality Group Leader to join our Warehouse and Logistics team
Someone who thrives on being hands-on, leading from the front, and taking real ownership of quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- You’ll be out on the floor, working alongside your team, inspecting parts, solving problems as they arise, and making sure everything leaving our site meets the exceptional standards our customers expect.
- Alongside managing a small team, you’ll take the lead on inbound and outbound quality, dealer returns, and inventory accuracy, making sure issues are identified quickly and prevented from happening again.
- You’ll be the go-to person when something doesn’t look right. Whether it’s investigating a damaged part, spotting a trend in dealer returns, or responding to queries from our dealer network, you’ll bring a structured, practical approach to problem solving.
- You’ll use tools like 8D or 5 Whys to get to the root cause, working collaboratively across the operation to put improvements in place that genuinely make a difference.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
