We are looking for an experienced Quality, HSE & Compliance Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team at our Hunmanby, North Yorkshire headquarters. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence business strategy, drive operational excellence, and champion a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement across a growing international manufacturing organisation.

The Role
As the business lead for Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental, and Compliance activities, you will:
- Lead and develop our ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, waste, and safety incidents
- Ensure compliance with CE/UKCA, RoHS, REACH and WEEE requirements
- Lead internal and external audits, investigations, and corrective action programmes
- Manage risk assessments and compliance activities across the business
- Develop meaningful KPIs and reporting to support strategic decision-making
- Lead, coach, and develop Quality, HSE, and Compliance teams
About You
We're looking for a proactive leader with:
- Proven experience in a senior Quality, HSE, or Compliance role within manufacturing, engineering, or electronics
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Experience leading audits, compliance programmes, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, APQP, FMEA, or SPC
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- A track record of driving cultural change and operational excellence
