Quality Inspector

Staffpower Group are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Inspector to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our quality assurance process, ensuring that every product meets rigorous standards before reaching our customers.   • Carry out detailed visual inspections and checks in accordance with documented procedures.
  • Examine completed and in-process work to identify defects, discrepancies, or areas requiring attention.
  • Use a range of inspection and measurement equipment accurately and safely.
  • Record inspection results clearly and maintain accurate quality documentation.
  • Identify and report non-conformances in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with colleagues to resolve quality issues and prevent repeat occurrences.
  • Ensure inspection activities are completed within required timescales.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and professional working environment.
  • Follow all company procedures relating to quality, health and safety, and operational standards.
  • Support continuous improvement activities and contribute ideas for improving quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in quality assurance or inspection roles within manufacturing production environments.
  • Strong analysis skills with the ability to identify deviations from quality standards quickly and accurately.
  • Excellent attention to detail combined with effective communication skills for reporting findings clearly.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to product safety and quality assurance.

Shift Times

  • 6am - 2pm Days
  • 2pm - 10pm Nights
