We are currently recruiting a Quality Inspector / CMM Programmer/Operator to join our team in Gateshead.

As a member of our Inspection department, you will have the following duties:
- Program & run Coordinate Measuring Machines to perform first off, in-process and final inspection.
- Perform first off, in-process and final inspection using a variety of gauges, micrometers and calipers.
- Perform surface finish & visual inspection against customer drawing specifications.
- Document inspection results and produce reports.
- Ensure regular calibration of inspection equipment.
- Maintain inspection equipment as specified on the calibration schedule.
- Maintain the storage of drawings, job sheets, calibration records etc.
- Follow the requirements of the company’s certified QHSS Management System and the responsibilities defined therein.

Job Details
- Job Type: Full-time - Onsite
- Shift Pattern: TBD – Day Shift, Night Shift or Rotating
- Salary: Up to £20.75 per hour, depending on experience.
