Are you looking for an opportunity to make a real impact, take on exciting challenges, and be part of a team that's shaping the future of aviation?
At Malloy Aeronautics, you'll play a key role in helping us develop innovative technology that's changing the way the world moves.
Who are we?
We're on a mission to revolutionise unmanned flight. At Malloy Aeronautics, we develop advanced heavy-lift UAVs for both defence and commercial applications.
What sets us apart is our in-house approach. From design and engineering to manufacturing and testing, the majority of our work happens under one roof in Berkshire, allowing us to innovate quickly, maintain exceptional quality, and bring ideas to life faster.
For our teams, that means hands-on involvement, real ownership, and the opportunity to help shape the future of aviation.
What are we looking for?
This role involves the inspection of incoming as well as outgoing goods, with a high attention to detail. We are looking for someone who wants to help ensure safety and quality along the supply chain, as well as taking pride in their own work and pride in the products that are delivered to our customers. This will primarily be a hands-on role, hence applicants are required to have a previous experience, as well as a passion for manufacturing, fabricating, and assembling.

What You’ll Be Doing (but Not Limited To)

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
