Located on the outskirts of Tewkesbury, this precision engineering company producing premium technologies is looking to hire a Quality Inspector to check CNC milled and turned component parts (plus other specialist operations) on a permanent basis.

Role Overview
It's been six years since they last took on someone new into the Quality department. Now that a well respected member of the team has moved on, they're looking to hire a new Quality Inspector to join the successful team.
The inspection team is a friendly group who work with the highest quality components and advanced measuring equipment. The products the company makes go on to truly make a big difference in this world and they're very proud to be part of this.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect CNC machined components (milling, turning and grinding).
- Work with modern, clean, tidy, well-organized and well-equipped shop floor.
- Utilize a full suite of metrology equipment from micrometers and gauges to CMM and form tracing equipment.
- Check the quality of CNC machined components which will eventually end up in many applications which will go on to make a real difference in people's lives.
- Ensure long term job security, working for a company creating products for a wide range of highly specialist applications.

Requirements
- Experienced Quality Inspector comfortable completing first offs and in-process inspections of CNC machined component parts.
- More than two years of experience as a Quality Inspector is preferred but applications from those with less experience will be considered.
- Confident in using a range of precision inspection tools to check dimensions of CNC machined components to include gauges, micrometers, vernier calipers, CMM and similar equipment.
