Are you a Quality Inspector looking to step the next step in your career, progressing into an Engineer position that grants further training, more responsibilities and autonomy to improve quality across all areas of this growing business?
This is an innovative company at the forefront of advanced composite manufacturing. Established in 2010, they specialise in design-for-manufacture tooling and precision composite components for the Aerospace, Defence, Medical, and Cryogenics sectors. With plans to double turnover within 3 - 5 years, they offer a clear and exciting future for the right candidate.
In this role you will be helping to improve quality across the board within a precision engineering environment. You will be working alongside other Quality Engineers and the Quality manager to inspect incoming goods, maintain AS9100 accreditation, critical dimension checking and improve issues through RCA and PFMEA's.

The Role
- Working to and maintaining AS9100 / ISO9001 standards
- Critical dimension inspection using tools and CMM
- Conducting Root Cause Analysis & Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis
- Working with the wider quality team and Quality Manager
- Inspecting goods for non-conformities
The Person
- Quality Inspector, CMM Operator or Quality Technician
- Looking to become a Quality Engineer
- Experience working within Precision Engineering or similar environment
