Quality Inspector Immediate Starts
Daventry
£12.71 per hour (rising to £13.00 per hour after 12 weeks)
Monday to Friday | between 07:00 16:00 (options)
Some Fridays off (depending on workload)
365 People are currently recruiting Quality Inspectors for a well-established client in Daventry. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, detail-oriented individuals looking for long-term, ongoing work with a pay increase after 12 weeks.
The Role
As a Quality Inspector, you'll be responsible for ensuring products meet the required quality standards before being dispatched.
Your duties will include:
- Inspecting products for defects and quality issues.
- Identifying and accurately reporting faults.
- Restoring products to their original condition where required.
- Working efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Following all health & safety and quality procedures.
- Handling small components such as nuts and bolts (no heavy manual lifting).

Working Hours
When working at the Daventry site, shifts will typically be:
- 7:00am 3:00pm
- 8:00am 4:00pm
Applicants must be flexible to work different shift patterns, as required by the business and our clients.
Training
Your initial training will take place between our Daventry and Banbury site.
Please note:
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
- The first 30 minutes of travel is unpaid.
- Any travel time exceeding 30 minutes will be paid.

- Based within reasonable travelling distance of Daventry.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Previous quality inspection experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
