Shape Quality. Drive Excellence. Help Build the Future.
This is more than a Quality Lead role—it’s an opportunity to influence the future of one of the UK’s leading providers of complex care.
Covering across our North and Wales Division this role can be based in either our Plymouth or Thame, Oxford office, with travel across the regional offices and clients' homes expected.
Active Care in the Home has experienced significant growth over the past 12 months expanding our services to support more people with complex care needs to live safely and independently in the place they call home. And we’re only just getting started!
As we continue to expand our services, strengthen our quality frameworks, and invest in delivering outstanding outcomes for the people we support, we’re looking for an ambitious Quality Lead to join our team.
If you’re passionate about raising standards, enjoy working collaboratively with operational leaders, and want to make a genuine impact across a growing organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
Why Join Us?
This is a newly created opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping quality across our expanding division. You’ll have the autonomy to influence how we work, build strong governance frameworks, support services to achieve excellence, and help ensure every person we support receives safe, effective and person-centred care.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
