ResoLUTiONs Role
ResoLUTiONs is looking for a motivated, innovative, and values-driven individual who will drive Quality & Governance in a busy and dynamic service committed to supporting people with drug and/or alcohol issues on their recovery journey.
Where: Luton
Hours: 37.5 per week
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
Responsibilities
About the Role
- Lead mortality investigations within the service and produce internal and external reports (for example, coroners' reports and CQC notifications)
- Maintain internal records in regards to CQC report submissions
- Provide quality assurance (QA) support for external-facing reports
- Train and coach managers in investigation and report writing skills
- Triage and identify risk to the organisation and service users
- Work alongside local and regional leadership teams to support improvement planning
- Recognise when policies and procedures aren't working and increasing risk to the organisation and/or service users
- Oversee the quality of the incident reporting process and investigation procedures

About You
- Be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written with good IT skills
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative with excellent time management and prioritising skills
- Contribute to the overall performance of the service to ensure that contractual output targets are achieved
- Maintain excellent communication and reporting systems with relevant regulatory bodies and the Patient Safety Team within the Local Authority
- Develop good communication networks to share learning across the region and the organisation
- Ensure that constructive, positive, and supportive relationships are maintained with relevant stakeholders
