Quality Manager – Data Centre & Technology Projects

Location: London, UK
Employment Type: Full-time
Travel: Regular UK travel and occasional EMEA travel

An established international technology infrastructure and data centre delivery organisation is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and strengthen quality assurance across its project portfolio. Reporting into the technical leadership team, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and embedding quality standards across complex technology and data centre projects. The role will initially focus on key strategic project portfolios, with the longer-term opportunity to develop and lead quality management across the wider operations function.

This is a hands-on role combining office-based quality management with regular travel to client and project sites. You will carry out audits, inspections, and quality reviews while working closely with project teams, operational leadership, clients, and subcontractors to drive consistent standards and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Standards & Systems

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with company standards, client specifications, and relevant industry standards.
  • Support the implementation and application of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 principles.
  • Develop and improve quality plans, procedures, templates, and project documentation.

Audits, Inspections & Assurance

  • Plan and lead independent quality audits and reviews across live and completed projects.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality assessments.
  • Identify non-conformances and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
  • Monitor quality risks and support mitigation strategies across project delivery.
  • Analyse audit findings and project performance data to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
