Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will be within our MEICA and capital maintenance team. Our Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation (MEICA) experts offer a one-stop solution, including ongoing operation and maintenance services.
Want to be a part of it?
As the Quality Manager you'll be responsible for managing quality across capital maintenance deliveries. The Quality Manager will ensure works are completed to a high quality of work and are compliant to client standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct root cause analysis and take appropriate corrective actions on identified problems
- Establish and implement the Inspection and test plan for key maintenance activities
- Lead in continuous improvement initiatives, building and supporting the senior leadership teams continuous improvement capacity
- Identify training needs and organise training interventions to meet quality standards for all employees
- Audit and ensure quality of third party contractors in line with Z-Tech frameworks

What You’ll Bring
- Compliance/System Monitoring of Quality
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
- Data Analysis
- Knowledge of tools, concepts, methodologies of QA
- External Auditor Accreditation
- Full UK driving license
