We are currently working with a well-established and highly respected Midlands-based engineering and manufacturing business to recruit an experienced Quality Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional who is looking to take genuine ownership of quality, compliance and continuous improvement within a diverse and technically focused organisation.

Our client is a privately owned business with an established reputation for delivering high-quality safety, engineering and manufacturing solutions to customers across the UK. Their operations span manufacturing, bespoke steel fabrication, safety equipment, plant and lifting equipment, specialist servicing and calibration.
With a broad product and service offering and significant in-house technical capability, this is a varied role where quality has a direct impact across multiple areas of the business.
The organisation places significant emphasis on quality, safety, environmental responsibility and continuous improvement, operating to internationally recognised management standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, maintain and continually improve the Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Ensure processes and operations meet relevant legislation and technical standards, including BS EN 1090, ISO 3834, LOLER and PUWER.
- Lead internal quality inspections, audits and compliance reviews.
