Our client is looking for a hands-on, proactive and experienced Quality Manager to lead their quality function, drive continuous improvement and ensure the highest standards across their manufacturing operation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional who enjoys combining people leadership, quality systems, problem-solving and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in developing a strong culture of quality across the organisation, ensuring products, processes and systems consistently meet customer and regulatory expectations.
Quality Manager
- Salary: up to £60,000
- Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 07.30-16.00, and 07.30-13.30 on a Friday.
- Position Type: Permanent

Job Description
- Lead and develop the Quality Team, setting clear objectives, providing coaching and managing performance.
- Own and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, including audits, certification and compliance.
- Promote a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement across the business.
- Oversee manufacturing QA/QC, including non-conformances, root cause analysis, corrective actions, scrap, rework and concessions.
- Support New Product Introduction through testing requirements, FMEA and production quality planning.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Quality Management role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Previous experience of leading, managing and developing a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
