KBR is seeking an experienced Quality Manager with proven Saudi Aramco project experience to support the Aramco Shaybah FEED Project.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Project Quality Management System (PQMS).
- Ensure project quality activities are implemented in accordance with company, client, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and manage the project audit and review schedule.
- Monitor quality performance and drive continual improvement initiatives.
- Support and oversee quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the FEED phase.
- Provide quality input into pre-award procurement activities from the UK office.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
- Liaise closely with the Project IK Office and key project stakeholders.
- Prepare and present quality reports, metrics, and status updates to project leadership.
- Support the resolution of quality-related issues and ensure effective corrective actions are implemented.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager on major Oil & Gas projects.
- Saudi Aramco project experience is essential.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and industry quality standards.
- Experience supporting FEED and EPC project phases.
- Familiarity with project audits, quality reviews, and procurement quality requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary project environments.
