Anglian Water’s @one Alliance | Delivering a Sustainable Future for the East of England

Location: Hybrid with regular travel to sites across the Anglian Water region

Shape the Quality of Critical Infrastructure

Water is at the heart of everything we do.

The East of England is one of the UK's most environmentally significant regions, home to unique rivers, wetlands and coastlines. It is also one of the fastest-growing regions in the country, facing increasing pressure from climate change, population growth and water scarcity.

Join the @one Alliance – a collaborative partnership of eight industry-leading companies (Anglian Water, Balfour Beatty, Barhale, Binnies, MMB, MWH Treatment, Skanska, and SWECO) delivering over half of Anglian Water’s capital investment programme. As we prepare for the challenges and opportunities of AMP8, we’re looking for talented individuals to help us shape the future of water infrastructure.

To help us achieve this vision, we're looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join the @one Alliance.

What You'll Be Doing

As Quality Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of assets delivered across our capital programme. Working closely with project teams, suppliers and delivery partners, you'll champion a right-first-time culture, assuring that quality standards are consistently achieved from project inception through to final handover.

You'll be a visible leader across our projects, providing expert guidance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping to eliminate recurring defects through collaborative problem solving and data-led decision making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
