Quality Manager – Data Centres

Location: London, UK

Salary: £55,000–£65,000

A leading technology infrastructure organisation is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to define, implement and enforce quality standards across major technology projects, with the opportunity to develop into a wider business quality leadership role.

The position combines office-based quality management with regular travel to client sites and project locations across the UK, with occasional international travel within EMEA.

Working within the Project Management Office (PMO), you will help standardise quality practices, mitigate project risks and drive continuous improvement across the project portfolio.

The successful candidate will have proven experience overseeing quality on hyperscale data centre installations, with a strong understanding of project delivery processes, technical documentation and industry standards. You will initially focus on major technology infrastructure projects before taking a broader role in promoting quality management and continuous improvement across the wider operations function.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Standards & Policies

  • Establish and maintain quality assurance policies, standards and procedures in line with client requirements and relevant industry standards.
  • Embed consistent quality practices across projects and operational teams.

Audits & Quality Reviews

  • Plan and lead independent quality reviews and audits of ongoing and completed projects.
  • Conduct site inspections and assess compliance with required standards.
  • Work with Project Directors and Operations Managers to address project-specific quality concerns.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
