We are working with a leading main contractor with a turnover of £200m+ and a strong presence across the UK, delivering high-quality commercial, hospitality and residential projects.
They're looking to bring in a Quality Manager to work directly alongside the Head of Quality, supporting the business in driving standards across a number of live Central London projects.
This isn't a role where you'll just be ticking boxes or carrying out audits. You'll be out on site, working closely with project teams, offering guidance, improving processes and helping to make sure quality is built in from the start.
The Role:
Reporting into the Head of Quality, you'll become their right-hand person, splitting your time between the office and live sites across Central London.
You'll be supporting the quality function across the business, carrying out inspections, advising site teams, helping improve procedures and promoting a proactive approach to quality throughout the project lifecycle.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
