Are you ready to take ownership of quality and make your mark within an established textile manufacturer?

Do you have strong experience in textile manufacturing, a passion for quality and a genuine desire to improve processes rather than simply maintain them?

We’re partnering with a growing and well-established textile manufacturer in Dundee, Scotland, who are looking to appoint an experienced Quality Control Manager on a permanent basis.

This is much more than a caretaker role. You’ll have the opportunity to bring fresh ideas, challenge existing processes and drive meaningful improvements across the quality function.

What You Get

  • A competitive salary
  • 4% pension contribution
  • Life Insurance
  • 32 days holiday including bank holidays
  • The opportunity to join a fantastic business where your ideas and opinions genuinely matter
  • The chance to make a real impact within a growing organisation

About You

First and foremost, you’ll have a strong background in textile manufacturing, whether that’s within wet or dry processing

  • You’ll have proven experience in a similar role such as Quality Manager, QC Manager, Quality & Technical Manager or a senior quality position and be ready to take the next step
  • Ideally, you’ll have previous experience of managing or supervising a team
  • Your technical experience will include laboratory and technical testing, in-process QC, chemical compliance/COSHH and final inspection and product release
  • You’ll be someone who naturally looks for ways to improve processes, raise standards and solve problems
  • Most importantly, you’ll be excited by the opportunity to join a business that is growing year on year, with plenty of scope for both the company and your own career to develop

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
