Responsibilities
In this role, the successful Quality Technician/Engineer/Inspector/Manager or similar will be responsible for:
- General oversight of the quality division
- Ensuring all product/technical documentation complies with manufacturing process and procedure requirements
- Coaching production team members to ensure all products meet both quality and company standards
- Completing audits, ensuring compliance, as well as customer and stakeholder management, engagement, and liaison
- Driving the closure of nonconformities and systemic improvement actions
- Leading supplier development and nonconformance investigations
The Person
The ideal Quality Technician/Engineer/Inspector/Manager or similar will have:
- Prior practical experience within a quality-related role
- Background within the Aerospace/Medical/Manufacturing/Production Industry or a related field
- Experience inspecting to EN9001 standards or an equal regulation
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communicational skills
- Confidence to work both as part of a team, and autonomously
