Are you a Quality Technician/Engineer/Inspector/Manager or similar, coming from a background within the Aerospace/Medical/Manufacturing/Production Industry or a related regulated field, with prior experience in a Quality role, looking to join a well-established, highly-impressive company at the very forefront of innovation within Aviation?

In this role, the successful Quality Technician/Engineer/Inspector/Manager or similar will be responsible for the general oversight of the quality division, managing both quality and management systems, ensuring all documentation is reviewed, maintained and up to date. In addition, you will also be responsible for ensuring all product/technical documentation complies with manufacturing process and procedure requirements, ensuring all products meet specification expectations. On top of this, you will be responsible for coaching production team members to ensure all products meet both quality and company standards. You will also be responsible for completing audits, ensuring compliance, as well as customer and stakeholder management, engagement and liaison. Finally, you will be responsible for driving the closure of nonconformities and systemic improvement actions alongside leading supplier development and nonconformance investigations.

The Role:

  • General oversight of the quality division
  • Ensuring all product/technical documentation complies with manufacturing process and procedure requirements
  • Coaching production team members to ensure all products meet both quality and company standards

  • Prior practical experience within a quality-related role
  • Background within the Aerospace/Medical/Manufacturing/Production Industry or a related field
  • Experience inspecting to EO9100 standards
