Quality Manager
What You Will Do
As a Quality Manager, you will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality management systems within a manufacturing environment. You will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Program Management, and Supplier Quality teams to ensure products and processes consistently meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements. This role is responsible for driving quality performance, resolving complex quality issues, and establishing robust quality strategies that support business objectives. You will champion a culture of continuous improvement, customer focus, and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with company and industry quality standards.

How You Will Do It
- Lead and maintain the site's Quality Management System (QMS).
- Develop and execute quality strategies aligned with customer and business requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Manage customer quality concerns and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor key quality metrics and establish action plans to improve performance.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to improve product and process quality.
- Lead internal and external audits and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Manage supplier quality performance and support supplier development activities.
- Coach and develop quality team members to build a high-performing function.
- Drive root cause analysis and implementation of sustainable corrective actions.

What We Are Looking For
Required:
- University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in Quality Management, Manufacturing Quality, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and quality tools.
- Experience leading quality initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing customer and supplier quality issues.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred:
- Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent certification.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Background in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement programmes.
- Experience supporting large manufacturing sites or complex operations.
