Quality Manager (Calibration & MSA)
The Quality Manager (Calibration & MSA) will lead the development of calibration and measurement system capability within a new manufacturing environment. Working closely with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams, you will ensure measurement systems are reliable, compliant, and ready to support production at scale.
Responsibilities
The Quality Manager (Calibration & MSA) will:
- Develop and implement calibration and MSA processes, standards, and procedures.
- Manage calibration activities for mechanical and chemical measurement equipment.
- Lead MSA studies, including R&R, bias, linearity, and stability assessments.
- Support the installation, commissioning, and validation of measurement equipment.
- Analyse measurement data and drive improvement actions.
- Support laboratory quality systems and production readiness activities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure measurement systems meet manufacturing requirements.

Requirements
The Quality Manager (Calibration & MSA) will have:
- A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
- Strong experience in calibration within a manufacturing environment.
- Significant MSA experience, ideally within the automotive industry.
- Experience implementing and improving measurement system processes and standards.
- Knowledge of production measurement equipment, sensors, and inspection systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with quality and manufacturing teams to support production operations.
