Join a global growth story at its most exciting point

Reacton is a global leader in automatic fire suppression. Our pre-engineered systems protect the world's most demanding machines and environments — from mining fleets and heavy plant to buses, marine vessels, and critical infrastructure — detecting and extinguishing fires at the source, without power or human intervention.

What began as a UK-based, owner-managed manufacturer now forms part of a wider group, home to our trusted Reacton and Fireward brands, with operations across the UK, US, and UAE.

In March 2026, United Safety & Survivability Corporation (USSC), one of the leading names in safety and survivability solutions, acquired Reacton Fire Suppression Limited. The partnership combines Reacton's engineering pedigree and close-knit culture with the scale, manufacturing capability, and investment of an international leader — opening the door to further growth into Europe, the Middle East, APAC, and the Americas, while strengthening USSC's fire suppression capabilities.

It's a rare chance to join at a genuine inflection point, and for the right finance professional, to help build the financial foundations of the group's next chapter.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
