We’re now looking for a passionate and meticulous Quality Manager – Gifting to join our team and ensure that every product meets our exceptional standards for safety, quality, and legality.
About the Role
As Quality Manager for our Gifting division, you’ll play a pivotal role in safeguarding the quality and compliance of all gifting products — from raw materials to finished goods. You’ll oversee inspections, manage our Food Safety Management System, and lead your team in delivering products that our customers can trust and love.
Your focus will span food safety, supplier quality, finished product excellence, and continuous improvement ensuring our gifting operations remain compliant, innovative, and customer-centric.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all food safety and quality assurance activities across the gifting division.
- Maintain and continuously improve the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) and HACCP plans.
- Conduct and support internal and external audits, ensuring audit readiness at all times.
- Oversee raw material and finished goods inspections, maintaining accurate quality data and reports.
- Lead and develop the gifting quality team — inspiring excellence, accountability, and teamwork.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Production, and NPD to uphold quality and compliance standards.
- Act as the technical contact for gifting quality matters, engaging directly with suppliers and customers where needed.
About You
You’re an experienced Quality professional with a strong foundation in food safety, HACCP, and quality systems, ideally within the food or gifting industry. You bring a keen eye for detail, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to inspire a team.

- Proven experience in a quality management role within food manufacturing or related sectors.
- Sound knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP, and customer-specific standards.
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, collaborative, and hands-on approach to quality and continuous improvement.
