Quality can be a compliance function — or a business differentiator. We’re hiring a Quality Manager to lead and embed Quality across three UK manufacturing sites, upgrading systems and driving consistency.

Quality Manager
Northampton | Multi site UK role | Regular travel required

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to take full ownership of Quality across three UK manufacturing and distribution sites. This Quality Manager role is a senior, business critical position with responsibility for upgrading, embedding and sustaining a consistent, compliant and value adding Quality Management System. It is suited to a mid to late career Quality Manager who is comfortable operating at both strategic and operational level and who sees Quality as a driver of business performance, not just compliance.

As Quality Manager, you will ensure product and process quality is compliant, capable and scalable, aligned to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and AS9120 (or equivalent). The role plays a key part in positioning Quality as a business differentiator that supports growth, customer confidence and operational excellence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
