QUALITY MANAGER

40 hours | Monday-Friday

QUALITY IS YOUR THING? THIS COULD BE YOUR NEXT MOVE. We’re looking for a Quality Manager to take the lead on quality, food safety and compliance across this fast-paced food business.

This is a role with plenty of scope to lead, influence and make a difference — from raw material quality and finished product inspections through to HACCP, audits, suppliers, data and developing your team.

If you're a confident Quality professional who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems and raising standards, this could be right up your street.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Food Safety & Compliance

  • Own and maintain the Food Safety Management System
  • Oversee HACCP plans and ensure they remain robust and up to date
  • Lead internal audits and support customer/third-party audits
  • Keep the gifting operation compliant, safe and audit-ready

Raw Material Quality

  • Lead inspections and assessment of incoming raw materials
  • Investigate supplier non-conformances and drive corrective action
  • Work with suppliers to improve quality and reduce repeat issues
  • Use data and photographic evidence to monitor performance

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
