Quality Manager

The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and quality control across the Genesis Maintenance contract. The role will ensure United Infrastructure consistently meets its contractual obligations for both remote and site audits. The Quality Manager will be responsible for monthly reporting, communicating and monitoring corrective actions, and proactively working with our Operational Team and Supply Chain to support continuous improvement across planned preventative maintenance, and associated telecoms maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong telecommunications maintenance experience, proven quality management capability, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work proactively with engineers, operational management, the supply chain, and our client. This role requires a methodical, evidence-led approach to auditing, issue resolution, education, performance improvement, and client-facing quality reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Audit Management

  • Lead and manage the Quality Audit Team across the Genesis Maintenance contract.
  • Ensure delivery of contractual quality obligations, including desktop audits, site audits, inspections, sampling, evidence checks, and audit reporting.
  • Maintain a structured and risk-based audit programme aligned to contract requirements, client expectations, operational risk, and right first time performance.
  • Ensure audit activity is completed accurately, consistently, and within agreed timescales.
  • Monitor audit outcomes, identify trends, escalate systemic issues, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are tracked through to closure.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
