Your New Role
As Welding Quality Manager, you will take ownership of welding quality governance across the business, ensuring full compliance with ISO 3834 and industry best practice standards. This is a highly visible role where you will work closely with manufacturing, engineering, project management, procurement, suppliers, subcontractors, and certification bodies to drive quality excellence. You will be responsible for maintaining welding certification requirements, supporting customer and third-party audits, and ensuring robust quality processes are implemented throughout production operations.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7.00am to 4.30pm
- Friday: 7.00am to 1.30pm
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Proven experience within a Welding Quality, Welding Engineer, Quality Manager, or similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of welding processes, fabrication standards, weld inspection, and NDT techniques.
- Experience managing ISO 3834 compliance and certification requirements.
- Excellent understanding of welding procedures, welder qualifications, quality documentation, and traceability standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience leading root cause investigations and corrective actions.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive quality improvements across multiple departments.
- Relevant engineering, welding, or quality qualifications would be advantageous.
