WW Consumables Private Brands Quality Manager

The WW Consumables Private Brands (CPB) team is building a global portfolio of consumables products and is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to support end-to-end product lifecycle management. This role is responsible for ensuring product quality from early product development through mature assortment already launched in the marketplace.

Would you like to be part of an organization that is developing a pipeline of leaders in a growing, highly innovative, global business? Are you passionate about driving continuous improvement through the strategic application of the newest technologies? Are you curious about Amazon's Private Brands business and do you want to be part of it? If yes, the Amazon Private Brands team is the right fit for you.

This position will work with internal cross-functional stakeholders and external suppliers to develop and implement Amazon Private Brands' quality program. You will use customer insights to drive product development and improvement opportunities, assess product performance and quality attributes, ensure quality standards in manufacturing, develop and manage risk assessment plans, manage corrective actions, manage audits and supplier relationships, and develop SOPs and templates. You will manage quality programs in conjunction with Food Safety and Compliance teams, Product Development and Sourcing teams, and various other stakeholders.

Your role will also involve optimizing our global supplier quality management program and building manufacturing excellence, as well as designing and implementing scalable Quality Assurance solutions in collaboration with Product Development, Sourcing, and Tech teams. You will have the opportunity to learn and apply AI solutions to monitor, evaluate, and improve supplier quality performance to ensure the highest quality products for our customers.

This role requires expertise in consumer-packaged goods manufacturing, strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written), a solution-oriented mindset, a high bar for quality, a clear focus on customer needs, and a track record of operating in a dynamic environment. A successful candidate is comfortable with ambiguity, has strong attention to detail, can operate autonomously, is motivated by a fast-paced environment, and has the capacity to invent and simplify their ways of working through the use of AI tools.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end product quality from a customer perspective, from concept to launch, developing new products and improving existing products to meet customers' expectations
  • Partner closely with suppliers to influence product quality and ensure an optimized selection of new products that customers love, based on product assessment against technical documentation and customer preferences
  • Drive manufacturing excellence through data-driven approaches to identify quality trends, predict potential issues, and implement preventive measures across supplier networks
  • Maintain product quality metrics for assigned assortment in alignment with APB Quality goals, including technical product and packaging specifications, tolerances, and quality testing plans
  • Write, maintain, and update SOPs to develop quality assurance programs; design and operate scalable quality management programs and drive continuous improvement across different business models
  • Work with suppliers to ensure adherence to GMP requirements, Factory Quality Audits, CAP development, implementation and closure, product specifications, finished product production approval, product traceability, ongoing supplier quality programs, and continuous product improvement
  • Ensure products continuously comply with Amazon's quality, performance, and reliability requirements, as well as industry safety and regulatory requirements worldwide
  • Develop and audit processes and tools to ensure supplier compliance to internal (Amazon) and external (Regulatory) standards and requirements
  • Establish, manage, and monitor key performance metrics for suppliers, internal stakeholders, and Amazon customers; manage supplier performance proactively to ensure consistent quality of finished products
  • Manage and coach strategic suppliers to improve quality management systems, manufacturing processes, and customer satisfaction; utilize AI-powered analytics to provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Manage corrective actions with suppliers in response to customer review feedback and concessions, and manage product improvement activities post-launch
  • Communicate technical, quality, and process requirements effectively to non-technical stakeholders through data visualization and analytical insights
  • Collaborate with other members of the WW Amazon Private Brands team, including other Quality Managers, Category Managers, Product Managers, Instock Managers, Packaging Managers, Sustainability Managers, Legal, and all relevant stakeholders involved in supporting project timeline deliverables

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
