Role Description
The Quality Monitoring Specialist – English Speakers will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) to ensure compliance with Xceed’s quality standards and client requirements. This full-time, on-site role is based in Technology Park, NLE, and involves using defined scorecards and guidelines to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide clear, actionable feedback to frontline teams. The specialist will document findings, prepare regular quality reports, and collaborate with operations, training, and leadership teams to support performance coaching and enhance customer experience.

Daily activities include reviewing recorded interactions, tracking trends and recurring issues, recommending process improvements, and contributing to quality calibration sessions. The role also requires maintaining accurate quality records, adhering to information security and confidentiality policies, and supporting initiatives aligned with Xceed’s certifications and service excellence.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Previous Call Center experience within the telecommunications field (Vodafone, Orange, WE, Vodafone UK, AT&T, etc.).
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Quality Analyst / Quality Specialist.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
