Role Description
The Quality Officer is a full-time, on-site position based in Ashford joining our existing Quality Team. This role is responsible for ensuring the company meets its regulatory commitments, with special regard to Dental Sky’s MHRA Wholesale Distribution Authorisation, in compliance with the EU guidelines on Good Distribution Practice (GDP). Additional responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining quality standards across products and processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. Day-to-day tasks include performing quality checks, conducting internal audits, reviewing documentation, and identifying areas for improvement. The Quality Officer collaborates with operations, customer service, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues promptly and implement corrective and preventive actions. The role also involves analyzing quality data, preparing reports, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that support reliable service to dental clients.

Qualifications
- Skills in Quality Control and working with Quality Management Systems to oversee product and process standards.
- Good Analytical Skills to conduct assessments and interpret quality data.
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clearly report findings.
- Experience with Good Distribution Practice, quality systems, procedures, and documentation in a healthcare, dental, or medical supply environment is beneficial.
- Relevant certification or training in quality, auditing, or regulatory compliance is an advantage.
- Ability to work methodically, pay close attention to detail, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with standard office software and basic data analysis tools is preferred.

Location & Hours
- Office based in Ashford, Kent.
- 37.5 hours per week.

Salary Range & Benefits
- Basic salary range £26,000-£28,000 pa dependent on experience.
- On target earnings including company bonus scheme £30,000-£32,000 pa.
