Role Overview
Your main responsibilities are:
MS Maintenance & Improvement
- Support the maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO 9001/EN 9100-certified QMS.
Audit Support
- Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits (e.g., customer or certification body audits).
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and report on quality performance metrics and non-conformances.
- Assist in root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

- Support Process Owners in updating policies, processes, procedures, guides, and forms.
- Monitor the progress of action plans and assist IMS (Integrated Management System) process owners in reviewing risks and opportunities for improvement
Training & Awareness
- Conduct Quality Awareness sessions and monitor E-learning completion for new employees.
- Promote a culture of quality and compliance across the organization.
This role will require you to have or be willing to go through BPSS and Security Clearance. As part of the onboarding process candidates will be asked to complete a Baseline Personnel Security Standard; details of the evidence required to apply may be found on the government website Gov.UK. If you are unable to meet this and any associated criteria, then your employment may be delayed, or rejected. Details of this will be discussed with you at interview.
Desired Profile
- Knowledge of Quality Standards (ISO 9001 / EN 9100).
- Bachelors Degree is a must.
- Experience as an auditor.
- Knowledge of data protection (a plus).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of employees and business managers.
- Dynamic and proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
