At Choice Support, we believe that great governance helps people live great lives.

About the Role

We are looking for a Quality & Operational Governance Administrator to join our Quality & Safeguarding Team. This is a role where your work will make a real difference across the organisation, helping us remain safe, compliant and always focused on delivering the best possible support for the people we work alongside.

You will help us stay inspection ready by ensuring our regulatory reporting is accurate, our evidence is well organised, and our managers have the information they need to make good decisions. You will bring together information from across the organisation, helping leaders understand risk, identify learning and celebrate good practice.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity. You will make complicated regulations easier to understand, translate guidance into plain language, and help colleagues feel confident about what they need to do and why it matters.

Working closely with operational teams and leaders, you will:

  • Coordinate regulatory submissions and reporting.
  • Support CQC registrations, notifications and communications.
  • Maintain governance records, evidence and compliance documentation.
  • Prepare information and evidence for inspections, audits and assurance meetings.
  • Share policy updates and regulatory guidance in a clear and engaging way.
  • Support organisational learning and continuous improvement.
  • Help ensure quality, safety and good governance remain at the heart of everything we do.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that is passionate about learning, improvement and helping services deliver outstanding support.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
