Quality Operations Manager
Site-Based | 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Talentmark is delighted to be recruiting for an established pharmaceutical manufacturer seeking an experienced Quality Operations Manager to join its senior quality leadership team.
This is a key role within a highly regulated manufacturing environment, where you’ll be responsible for leading quality and sterility assurance activities and ensuring the highest standards of GMP, compliance and patient safety.
The role
Reporting to the Head of Quality, you’ll lead a skilled quality function and play a key role in driving quality excellence across the manufacturing operation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading quality and sterility assurance activities across the site.
- Ensuring compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Managing investigations, CAPAs, change control and quality risk management.
- Driving continuous improvement across quality systems and processes.
- Developing and mentoring colleagues to build a strong quality culture.
- Working closely with senior stakeholders, regulators and wider quality teams.

What you’ll bring
We’re looking for an experienced Quality leader with a strong background in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Essential:
- Management experience within aseptic processing, compounding or sterile manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements and quality systems.
- Proven leadership and people-management experience.
- Experience managing investigations, CAPAs, change control and risk management.

Desirable:
- Degree in Pharmacy or a relevant science discipline.
- Experience of process improvement, projects or change implementation.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
