The general hours of work are 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri

About The Role Of Quality & Performance Assistant
Assisting the Quality & Performance Manager in recording and monitoring operational performance, maintaining accurate documentation and supporting continuous improvement across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing employee training requirements, arranging course bookings, and updating records to ensure all certification renewals remain up to date
- Assisting with the induction of new employees
- Maintenance of vehicle and plant records
- Assisting the Quality & Performance Manager in continued compliance with the FORS (Fleet Operators Recognition Scheme) standard
- Maintenance of logs and registers
- Performance monitoring & KPIs
- Use of the Re-flow field management system
- Assist with Depot inspections
- In the absence of the Q&P manager, ensuring Q&P metrics are completed and submitted to National Highways as required
- Attend ad hoc meetings as required
About You
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive administrator with excellent attention to detail and experience working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Must Have
- Organisational and planning skills
- Competent in Microsoft applications
- Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative environment
- Able to work independently and use own initiative
- Good communication skills – written and verbal
- Team player, able to prioritise tasks when working alone
- Right to work in the UK unsponsored
