About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Practitioner Level 4 Apprentice. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised Level 4 qualification in Quality Management.

You will support the organisation in maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across business operations. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will develop practical skills in auditing, data analysis, process improvement, and quality assurance.

The apprenticeship will start in November 2026, with in-house on-the-job training being carried out prior to the apprenticeship starting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Assist with internal audits and compliance checks
  • Monitor quality performance indicators and produce reports
  • Investigate quality issues and support root cause analysis activities
  • Help implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Maintain accurate quality documentation and records
  • Work with teams across the business to improve processes and reduce waste
  • Support continuous improvement projects and customer quality requirements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Interest in quality assurance, compliance, or process improvement
  • Problem-solving mindset with analytical thinking skills
  • Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally

Entry Requirements

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above
  • A Levels, Level 3 qualification, or relevant work experience desirable
  • Right to work in the UK
