About the Client
We’re supporting an established technology services organisation looking to modernise and improve the way it operates. They’re seeking a proactive Quality & Process Coordinator who can help standardise processes, reduce manual workloads and embed a genuine culture of continuous improvement across the business.
The Quality & Process Coordinator Role
As Quality & Process Coordinator, you’ll work across the organisation to understand how things are currently being done and identify opportunities to make them more efficient, consistent and scalable.
- You’ll map and document business processes, identify bottlenecks and legacy workflows, and help redesign processes to reduce unnecessary manual work.
- A key part of the role will be identifying opportunities for automation, with potential use of Power Automate, Power Platform, RPA and other workflow technologies.
- Alongside process improvement, you’ll support the organisation’s ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 frameworks. This will include preparing departments for internal and external audits, working with external BSI auditors, maintaining audit evidence, identifying gaps and ensuring corrective actions are followed through.
- The position also incorporates wider operational compliance, including Health & Safety procedures, COSHH, fire safety, first aid, DSE assessments and facilities compliance, alongside supporting future environmental and ISO 14001 readiness.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
