Quality Product Manager
Location: Kent
Salary: £40,000
Join a leading global fresh produce company renowned for its commitment to quality. If you enjoy working closely with suppliers, retailers and internal teams, this is an excellent opportunity for you.
You will ensure all product specifications, labelling, packaging and quality data are accurate, compliant and reliable.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate, audit-ready product specifications and labelling
- Monitoring quality performance using KPIs, QSL data and shelf-life reports
- Investigating quality issues and customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
- Participating in benchmarking, sample evaluations and customer visits
- Working closely with growers and packing sites to maintain and improve quality standards
- Undertaking occasional travel to sourcing and packing locations

Requirements
- At least two years' experience in a quality or technical role
- Strong knowledge of weights, measures and labelling legislation
- Internal auditing qualification with practical experience
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Confidence in professionally hosting customers on-site
- Proficient in MS Office with excellent interpersonal skills
