At DSV we're building the world’s leading logistics and transport network. With this exciting growth comes opportunity — and we’re looking for new talent to join us.

Quality Program Lead

Dublin, Baldonnell
Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours

At DSV, your work helps keep global supply chains moving. We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-focused Cleanroom Operations & Quality Specialist to support critical cleanroom operations for a leading customer within a highly regulated environment.

This role is responsible for coordinating cleanroom operational activities, inspecting and cleaning tools and components, managing quality processes, and ensuring tooling is maintained to the highest standards. You will play a key role in supporting operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and compliance in a fast-paced, technical environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Inspect tools, toolkits, and components to ensure cleanliness, completeness, and compliance with customer and quality standards.
  • Assemble, dismantle, repair, package, and repack tooling using Bills of Materials (BOMs) and approved procedures.
  • Replace expired or modified tooling components and maintain tooling in line with shelf-life and engineering requirements.
  • Perform visual, dimensional, and mechanical inspections using precision measuring equipment.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and support customer inspection and certification activities.
  • Act as the key point of contact for process changes, inspection updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain cleanroom standards, including cleaning schedules, equipment maintenance, ESD controls, and contamination prevention procedures.
  • Ensure all quality documentation, work instructions, and ISO-controlled records are accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor and report on operational KPIs, analysing performance data and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Investigate and resolve tooling, inventory, and kit discrepancies to minimise customer downtime and maintain service quality.
  • Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock verification, and maintenance of quality tracking systems.
  • Train and support colleagues in basic tooling repairs, maintenance activities, and cleanroom best practices.
  • Comply with all company policies, customer requirements, quality standards, and Health & Safety regulations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
