Your Tasks
Strategy & Compliance
- Develop and implement QM and RA strategies across Northern Europe, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and embed global best practices across the business.
- Promote awareness and understanding of quality and regulatory requirements throughout the organisation.
Quality Management
- Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), including SOP implementation, training, and compliance monitoring.
- Oversee supplier assessments, audits, quality agreements, and approvals for logistics and value-added service providers.
- Manage product release processes, quality documentation, CAPA activities, and on-shelf quality monitoring.
- Support the implementation of global quality standards and coordinate annual quality-focused initiatives.
Regulatory Affairs
- Provide regulatory leadership across cosmetics, medical devices, and medicines within the region.
- Ensure compliance of products, promotional materials, packaging artwork, and advertising claims.
- Manage product registrations and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities.
- Monitor and interpret UK and EU regulatory changes, leading implementation across Supply Chain and wider business functions.
People Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of three subject matter experts, fostering engagement, capability growth, and high performance.
- Drive succession planning, knowledge sharing, process automation, and operational efficiencies to strengthen team effectiveness.

Supply Chain Leadership
- Contribute to the development and delivery of Supply Chain strategy and business objectives as a member of the Leadership Team.
- Collaborate closely with regional and global QM & RA colleagues to share best practice and ensure alignment.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration and end-to-end thinking to deliver effective business solutions.
Your Profile
- Experience in Quality Management and process improvement
- Process mapping and optimisation expertise
- UK and/or EU regulatory experience or transferable regulatory knowledge
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Risk management experience
- People leadership and team development capability

As Quality and Regulatory Affairs Manager, Northern Europe you will lead Quality Management and Regulatory Affairs across seven Northern European markets, ensuring regulatory compliance, product quality, and continuous improvement. Develop and implement QM and RA strategies, drive supply chain compliance, lead a team of three specialists, and contribute as a member of the Supply Chain Leadership Team.
