The Quality Safety Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mansfield Woodhouse. The person in this position oversees quality and safety standards across production and operations, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and external regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems
- Conducting audits and inspections
- Monitoring corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinating training on quality and safety practices
- Analyzing data to identify trends and risks
- Preparing reports for leadership
The Quality Safety Manager collaborates closely with production, logistics, and management teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement and safe working practices.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, with experience applying these in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in Quality Management, including developing, maintaining, and improving quality systems and standards.
- Experience with Auditing processes, both internal and external, and the ability to manage corrective and preventive actions.
- Ability to design and deliver Training related to quality, safety, and compliance for diverse teams.
- Relevant qualification in quality management, engineering, safety, or a related field (e.g., ISO, NEBOSH, or similar certifications are an advantage).
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practical risk assessment skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and support continuous improvement.
