Quality Specialist | Pharmaceutical Quality | UK
Are you looking to develop your career in pharmaceutical quality within a global, science-led organisation?
We're seeking a Quality Specialist to join a UK-based Quality team, supporting quality systems, product release activities, compliance processes, and continuous improvement initiatives across a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the effective operation of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Managing and tracking quality records including deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and complaints
- Monitoring quality metrics and KPI trends to drive compliance and improvement
- Reviewing and approving batch documentation to support product release activities
- Supporting Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQRs)
- Coordinating stability programmes for marketed products
- Assisting with self-inspections, audits, and management review activities
- Identifying compliance gaps and supporting corrective and preventative actions

What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in a Life Science discipline such as Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
- Experience within pharmaceutical quality, QA, GMP, quality systems, or compliance environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
