We're recruiting a Quality Specialist Trainer to join our client - a hugely successful Global company based in Folkestone. You'll play a key role in shaping their training strategy across Europe. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real impact while working with cross-functional teams.

Role Details

  • Role: Quality Specialist Trainer
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Location: Folkestone, Kent (Hybrid working available, 2/3 days in the office, 2/3 day working from home)
  • Salary: Please contact us for details
  • Hours: Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 4:30pm = 37 hours per week
  • Holiday: 24 days + Bank Holidays (with the option to buy/sell up to 3 days per year)
  • Pension: 9% matched contribution scheme

Your Key Responsibilities Would Be

  • Coordinate and manage training programs across UK/EU, including tracking and reporting progress.
  • Assign and monitor training through SABA and eDMS systems.
  • Maintain training matrices and provide metrics to leadership.
  • Support internal and external audits (MDR, ISO 22716, ISO 13485).
  • Develop and update procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Analyse data, prepare summaries, and present recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to meet regulatory requirements and improve processes.

Our Client Would Like To Recruit Candidates Who Have

  • A degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution in a related field.
  • Training and Technical experience with a proven track record.
  • Experience contributing to functional execution with some direction.
  • A keen eye for details, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • The ability to be a proactive self-starter, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities will ensure success in this fast-paced environment.
