Rolls Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood – Quality Steering and Reporting Graduate– 2 Year Graduate Programme (September 2027)

Join our team as a Vehicle Quality Specialist, where you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards throughout the production process. You will be responsible for validating and processing quality deviation reports from both production and early warranty phases. Your work will involve managing vehicle quality targets for series production, representing the plant's quality interests in projects, and driving continuous improvement to systematically reduce plant issues. You will investigate and clarify quality problems, focusing on their impact for customers, and guide problem management to help the plant achieve its targets sustainably. Acting as a crucial link between the plant and product line, you will collaborate across the BMW Group's quality network to develop processes and support effective quality meeting structures. What awaits you?

  • Support, coordination and management of specific daily tasks and longer-term projects.
  • Supporting with the plant problem management process and coordination of new model topics.
  • Supporting the implementation of quality-related processes to ensure product improvement.
  • Support, analysis and implementation of quality improvements.
  • Support with new vehicle inspection and defect reporting.

What should you bring along?

  • Studying a bachelor’s or integrated master’s degree and on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in an Engineering or relevant course.
  • Extensive PC skills (Microsoft Office, CAD, SharePoint, Power BI etc).
  • Structured problem solving.
  • Understanding of the basic quality tools.
  • Time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
