We’re supporting a specialised nutrition manufacturer in Liverpool as they look for an energetic, forward-thinking Quality Systems & Compliance Manager to lead their QMS and drive a strong Culture of Quality across the site.
If you’re a confident decision-maker with fresh ideas, resilience, and a real passion for Quality, this role gives you the platform to influence, improve and protect product quality, consumer safety and regulatory compliance.

What you’ll do
- Lead and enhance the site Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ensure audit readiness (FDA, FSSC, ISO, EHO, Trading Standards)
- Govern change management, risk assessments and internal audits
- Oversee complaints, product registrations, food defence & food fraud
- Manage raw material approval and supplier quality
- Drive a strong Culture of Quality across all functions
- Lead, coach and develop a team of three

What you’ll bring
- Proven line management experience
- Background in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Strong QMS, compliance and audit expertise
- Confident communicator who can influence and have tough conversations
- High energy, fresh ideas and a genuine passion for Quality & QA
