Quality Systems & Compliance Lead
Bedfordshire | £50,000 - £55,000 + Benefits
We're looking for an experienced Quality Systems & Compliance Lead to take ownership of our Quality Management System and support ongoing AS9100 compliance within a complex engineering and manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead internal audits and support external certification audits.
- Drive AS9100 compliance and continuous improvement activities.
- Manage non-conformances, root cause analysis, and CAPA processes.
- Partner with operational and engineering teams to improve quality performance.
- Provide audit readiness reporting and quality governance support.

What We're Looking For:
- AS9100 Rev D experience
- Lead Auditor qualification
- Strong QMS and compliance background
- Root Cause Analysis & CAPA expertise
- Experience within manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, defence, or another regulated industry
