HL is a global leader in instore merchandising and communication, helping customers to create a better shopping experience around the world. Founded in 1954, HL today is present in more than 70 countries and solutions can be found in 330,000 stores, supporting customers to grow sales, inspire shoppers, drive automation, and reduce waste.

About the Role

As a Quality Systems Co-ordinator at HL Display, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of the company’s Integrated Management System, encompassing Quality (ISO 9001), Environmental (ISO 14001), and Health & Safety (ISO 45001) standards. Working closely with the Quality, Environmental, and H&S Managers, you will ensure that compliance, documentation, and system processes are maintained to the highest standards across the organization.

This is a hands-on manufacturing role focused on problem solving, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement, not a purely administrative position. You will be responsible for supporting management systems, audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with operational teams to maintain high standards.

As our Quality Systems Coordinator, you will:

  • Support the development and implementation of HL Display's Integrated Management System, helping to bring together our existing Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety management systems into a single, effective framework.
  • Maintain and control quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, forms, policies and records, ensuring all documentation remains accurate, controlled and up to date.
  • Carry out internal audits as part of the site audit team, accurately document audit findings, support root cause investigations, and verify the completion and effectiveness of corrective actions.
  • Support the investigation of quality issues and non-conformances, contributing to effective problem solving and the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Coordinate and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), ensuring actions are completed effectively and within agreed timescales.
  • Collect, analyse and report quality performance data, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to support quality standards, drive continuous improvement and promote a culture of quality and compliance.
  • Assist with risk assessments, inspections and compliance activities across the business.
  • Support employee training and awareness relating to quality procedures, standards and best practice.
  • Contribute to projects that improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and support the successful integration of the company's management systems.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
